Reading is one of my favorite pastimes. I love getting lost in a good book, and I often find that I learn something new with each book I read. Books are a fantastic way to escape from the everyday hustle and bustle, and they can also provide valuable insights into other cultures and worlds.
If you love reading, congratulations! You are in good company. Some of the most successful and influential people in the world are voracious readers. Bill Gates reads around 50 books per year, and Mark Zuckerberg has a reading goal of 24 books this year. Not only does reading provide entertainment and knowledge, but there are also numerous benefits for your mental and physical health. Studies have shown that reading can reduce stress levels, improve memory and cognitive function, and even help to prevent Alzheimer’s disease. So, if you’re looking for an activity that is both enjoyable and good for you, join me on this shelf addiction!
Don’t forget to subscribe to my newsletter where you will find all the books that I am currently reading and reviews for the past months reads.
